Job Responsibilities

Clinical & Treatment Duties

• Conduct patient consultations, medical history assessment, and skin analysis

• Diagnose aesthetic and dermatological conditions

• Recommend suitable treatment plans based on patient needs

• Perform aesthetic procedures including:

  • PRP therapy

  • Laser treatments

  • Chemical peeling

  • Microneedling

  • IV therapy

  • Minor aesthetic procedures

• Assist senior consultants in advanced cosmetic procedures

• Ensure safe and sterile clinical practices at all times

Patient Care & Counseling

• Explain procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare to patients

• Build trust and maintain high patient satisfaction

• Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment outcomes

• Handle patient concerns professionally

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Follow clinic SOPs and medical guidelines

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh medical regulations

• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols

• Manage emergency situations when necessary

Business & Growth Support

• Support sales team by explaining treatment packages professionally

• Help achieve monthly service targets

• Participate in marketing campaigns, workshops, and promotional events

• Stay updated with latest aesthetic technologies and trends
