• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Proven experience in designing and developing complex BI solutions.

• Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) a plus.

• Experience with popular BI tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSRS).

• Experience in deep diving into data, validation, deriving metrics, documenting

• Experience with building tables in SQL automate data ingestion (API, flat files, Relational databases (mysql, azure sql etc.)

• Experience with ETL processes and transform data into usable format and upload to BI tools

• Hands on experience with Power BI

• Hands on experience with snowflake environment or similar

• Data modeling concepts and skills

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, good responsiveness

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex BI solutions using various technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, data warehousing platforms, reporting tools).

• Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the enterprise.

• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate key business metrics and trends.

• Implement data governance practices to ensure data security and quality.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest BI technologies and best practices.

• Provide ongoing support and training to business users on BI tools and data analysis techniques.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with existing infrastructure.
