∎ Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its principles.
∎ Experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases.

∎ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Solid understanding and experience with WebSockets (Socket.io).
∎ Knowledge of WebRTC, React.JS, Next.JS is a strong plus.

∎ Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

∎ Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the backend system.
