∎ • Degree(s) in Engineering, English, Education, or a related field.
∎ • Proven experience in content development for English language learning, with a focus on IELTS.
∎ • Strong understanding of IELTS test structure, scoring criteria, and best practices.
∎ • Experience in leading and managing a team of content developers.
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Content Strategy and Planning:
∎ • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Shikkha Sheba's goals and the unique needs of IELTS learners.
∎ • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key content areas, learning objectives, and target audience needs.
∎ 2. Curriculum Development:
∎ • Lead the creation of IELTS-focused curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest test trends, question types, and scoring criteria.
∎ • Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that cater to various learning styles.
∎ 3. Content Creation:
∎ • Produce high-quality written, audio, and visual content for IELTS preparation, including practice tests, interactive exercises, video lessons, and more.
∎ • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and adheres to established pedagogical principles.
∎ 4. Quality Assurance:
∎ • Implement a robust quality assurance process to review and refine existing content, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with learner outcomes.
∎ 5. Team Management:
∎ • Hire, Lead and mentor a team of content developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success.
∎ • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
∎ 6. Research and Innovation:
∎ • Stay updated on the latest developments in English language teaching, IELTS testing, and educational technology.
∎ • Integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies and technologies into content development.
