15-20 years’ experience in Site civil work /Fair face/As cast concrete/BOQ/Quality control/Project safety
Familiar with BNBC 2020 and other related rules and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, SUST, MIST will be given preference

Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction
Establish 100% safety practices on site as per company standard
Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed
Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation
Resolve conflicts and issues arises during construction
Optimize resource utilization
