Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Minimum Bachelor’s of Architecture (B. Arch) from any reputed university

• At least 4 years

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of architectural visualization, graphic presentation, layout and composition.

• Flexibility to travel to different project locations, to work extended hours, including weekends, as project deadlines may require intensive time commitment.

• Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.

• Must be fluent in English, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of a variety of projects with knowledge of construction are essential, and a dedication to the principles of sustainable design and innovation

• Has the capacity to prepare AutoCAD presentation, Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max, 3D Visualization and Illustrations as per requirements of the project

• Has the experience of working as a key architect with experience of delivering presentations of business and technical solutions to clients in formal presentations, question and answer sessions and on reference visits.

• Adequate knowledge in designing residential and commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, furniture and interior products

• Knowledge of building technology and construction methods and can demonstrate it through technical documents and verbal skills

• Knowledge of building codes, standards, building structures and regulatory compliance requirements

• Exceptional design sense with a deep understanding of construction techniques, materials and current trends

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in related field

• Skilled in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Workflow Management App and ERP Software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, drafting, 3D modeling and visualization of architectural projects.

• Exclusive interior, architecture and furniture design along with project supervision.

• Project planning and site design management with clients, contractors and internal teams.

• Select materials, furniture, and finishes that enhance the overall design and meet budget constraints.

• Realistic 3D interior modeling and rendering

• Preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designing and detailing layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.

• Prepare exterior and Interior architectural design concepts, 3D visualization and cost estimations.

• Designing residential and commercial spaces, retail and office spaces

• Strategic thinking to achieve the aims of the project safety, cost, time, quality and sustainability

• Oversee all phases of design and implementation to ensure the project meets high-quality standards.
