Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university with CA-CC
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally ERP 9
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily financial operations, prepare accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, cash book and financial reporting. Perform account reconciliations and ensure that all books of accounts are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
∎ Record salary & wages and various expenses using Tally software.
∎ Withdraw and deposit cash and cash equivalents from banks.
∎ Record company fixed assets.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting obligations.
∎ Ensuring proper Documentation of Accounting vouchers and other source documents related to all types of financial transactions.
∎ Ensure all official documents are up-to-date, including trade license, VAT, Tax, IRC, ERC, etc.
∎ Handle accounting software-ERP/Tally independently.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the Accounts and Finance Department in Garments/Textile is preferred.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Ability to work under an account software environment (experienced in ERP & Tally Software) and pressure.
∎ Honest, hardworking, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
∎ Should have good communication skills, problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
