Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with VAT Act and rules while submitting the company's income tax (IT) and VAT returns in a timely manner.
∎ Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure accurate and punctual salary disbursements.
∎ Monitor and follow up on all regular company expenses.
∎ Maintain proper records, registers, and documents in alignment with VAT and tax laws.
∎ Keep management informed about changes in tax and VAT regulations, highlighting potential impacts.
∎ Prepare and organize necessary documents for hearings and represent the company in tax, VAT, and customs disputes before relevant authorities.
∎ Ensure accurate deductions and payments for income taxes, VAT, and other statutory obligations at both individual and corporate levels.
∎ Prepare and file VAT returns for all company units, submitting them to the designated VAT circle.
∎ Compile documents required for annual VAT audits and coordinate with external auditors.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management, ensuring all financial compliance and reporting needs are met.
