Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ a) HSC with training in security services from a recognized institute;
∎ b) Education requirements will be relaxed up to SSC for ex-service personnel in the rank of NCO, MP/Provost or equivalent trade.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing an effective security system and ensuring safety & security of the persons, materials & machines of the University.
∎ 2. Supervise, control and monitor security staff of the university including the following:
∎ (a) Monitor, control & manage all materials by keeping proper & valid documents.
∎ (b) Monitor, control & manage the movement of students and employees during entry & exit along with visitor movement management.
∎ 3. All-important incidents/information need to be conveyed to the Security Officer/ Management at the time of any incident. All irregular activities to be monitored and to be forwarded to the concerned persons as a daily incident report to the Authority.
∎ 4. Prepare duty roaster for security guards and confirm their duties as per instruction of the Security Officer.
∎ 5. Maintain an effective security management system by following & keeping proper documents with policy & procedure.
∎ 6. Conduct fire evacuation drills and other training to enhance knowledge and awareness in respect of safety & security.
∎ 7. To monitor CCTV camera system.
∎ 8. Coordinate training on Fire, Safety and Security to all the employees regularly.
∎ 9. Maintain all records and register related to security compliance on regular basis.
∎ 10. Check all firefighting equipment in the right places, properly updated and maintain them.
∎ 11. Perform other duties as and when assigned by the University Authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ a) At least 5 year(s);
∎ b) The applicants should have prior experience as a Security Supervisor/Security In-charge.
∎ c) The applicants should have experience in a large organization/university/Group of Companies.

Salary:
∎ As per the Uttara University policy.
