∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep watch for the duty area properly.
∎ Regular monitoring the gate pass/Challan system.
∎ Confirm that there are no unauthorized person in the restricted area.
∎ Takes action in response to suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in assigned area.
∎ Completes logs or reports pertinent to duties or daily activities.
∎ Follow up the worker bus in-out time
∎ Follow up the staff car in-out time
∎ Ensure the employee checking system properly to control the theft.
∎ Maintain the necessary record register like visitor register, goods in-out register, 7 point inspection register, bolt seal record register, and more.
∎ Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
∎ Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic during start and end of business hours
∎ Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending on shift
∎ Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
∎ Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
∎ Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
∎ Removing wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
∎ Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
∎ Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
∎ Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
∎ Patrols assigned areas maintaining buildings and grounds security, responds to emergency situations, assists in searches, and observes and reports special hazards.
∎ Responds to and assists with emergency and assistance calls, or other situations; notifies the appropriate emergency personnel as needed
