Train up production staff on efficiency.
Process-wise operator skill development.
Nonproductive time (Loss Time) record and reduce.
Hourly Production Monitoring & co-ordinate with sewing production manager, technician to achieve the line Target.
Prepare a Man-machine report.
Production Planning and control, Planning Calculations.
Production Capacity Study.
PDCA Cycle.
Line Cost Calculation, Floor capacity calculation.
Operator, Line and floor efficiency Calculation.
Innovating the method for eliminating excess manpower.
Improving Productivity through a detailed analysis of the process by process.
Co-ordination with other relevant section like Merchandising, Sample, Cutting, Store, etc.
