• Conduct skill test of new joiners (Operator/Training Operator, Helper, QI, etc.).

• Manpower budget planning and allocation.       

• Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for minimizing delays and bottlenecks.

• Setup Daily target according to the floor running machines & prepared target vs achieve report.       

• Time Study with Follow-up the low performing Operators.        

• Operation breakdown, Operation Bulleting / Layout.     

• Train up production staff on efficiency.      

• Process-wise operator skill development.       

• Nonproductive time (Loss Time) record and reduce.        

• Hourly Production Monitoring & co-ordinate with sewing production manager, technician to achieve the line Target.

• Prepare a Man-machine report.     

• Production Planning and control, Planning Calculations.       

• Production Capacity Study.       

• PDCA Cycle.        

• Line Cost Calculation, Floor capacity calculation.       

• Operator, Line and floor efficiency Calculation.               

• Innovating the method for eliminating excess manpower.        

• Improving Productivity through a detailed analysis of the process by process.     

• Co-ordination with other relevant section like Merchandising, Sample, Cutting, Store, etc.
