∎ Retired officer from any defense org. will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To administer the safety & security system of the factory.
∎ Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
∎ Develop/ update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Monitor CCTV system for assigned locations.
∎ Ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office and dormitory premises to take needful measures.
∎ Do check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
∎ Produce necessary reports, records and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Plan, organize and supervise all security activities. Determine personnel requirement.
∎ Plan and establish a functional on the job training program for security personnel, evaluate the effectiveness of the training by observation of the work performance.
∎ Inspect and evaluate security activities to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
∎ Perform a continuous process of intelligence gathering on any security matters for assessment and action if necessary.
∎ Respond to fire alarms-central control panel following emergency response procedures.
∎ Plans and supervise fixed post body check, lockers check and change room regularly.
∎ Maintain motivation and discipline of the security staff.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
∎ Protect company's assets and people from invasion and harm.
∎ Monitor and support security-related system for the employees & develop the system if needed.
∎ Arranging sudden visit with security team in order to check the employee if situation demand.
∎ Maintain security related documents for buyer's/ compliance audit.
∎ Report to Admin Head for each & every incident/suspicious activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Candidate should have Management Proficiency, Surveillance Skills, Analyzing Information, Coordination, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complexity.
∎ Fluency in English writing skill on making policy.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Microsoft office applications.
∎ Must have certification on Fire Safety Manager.
∎ Practical experience in managing CTPAT audit is preferable.

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000.
