Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of the Company.
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guards.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and dedicatedly.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of merchandise, property and assets.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses on sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 04 years’ experience in any textile/garments industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
