Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall security of man, material and information of the factory.
∎ Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure the safety.
∎ Control and managing power to monitor entire security team of the factory.
∎ Prepare and submit report on security core activities periodically to the management.
∎ Duty distribution & follow up.
∎ Train and educate employees on security procedures and best practices.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Army, Navy & Air Force related personnel are only allowed to apply for the post.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
