Additional Requirements:

• The applicants should have 5 to 10 years’ experience in the following area(s): Safety and Security, Security Guard Training, Fire safety Management, Health Safety and Environment.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Retired defense background person will get priority.

• Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.

• Must be Motor Bike driving experience in Dhaka city with valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Security In charge is responsible for supervising the Security Guard and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

• operating security technology like CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.

• Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security.

• Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.

• Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards.

• Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly.

• Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing.

• Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence.

• Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards·

• Carry out other activities as guided by the Management.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform patrolling and responding to emergencies.

• Perform any security related tasks assigned by the management.
