Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and provide technical advice and support to Technical Assistant and follow-up of the activities regularly for effective implementation of the project activities
∎ Prepare procurement plan, keep tracking on the budget spending and ensure agro-inputs are reached to the project beneficiaries for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Coordinate with BRAC seed and agro enterprise and keep intensive communication with other HCMP sectors to ensure synergy and better result of the project.
∎ Facilitate donor visit, liaison with stakeholders and represent stakeholders' coordination meeting for successful implementation of the project.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report, observation report and expenditure report
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
