Educational Requirements:
∎ At least SSC level of education.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to satellite clinic
∎ Logistic support
∎ Maintain registers.
∎ Stock management
∎ Provide support to organize Satellite/ Static clinic services.
∎ Provide logistical support to community-based health service workers (FCM)
∎ Provide support for field level requisition (medicine and logistics).
∎ Facilitate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field.
∎ Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register, medicine & ANC/PNC Register).
∎ Undertake extensive visit in the field (at least 50% time).
∎ Undertake any other assignment given by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in providing support to health care team is an added value
∎ Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
∎ Acceptable to the people, who will listen and go to him/her.
∎ The capability of inter-personal communication and willing to door-to-door visit in the community.
∎ She should have pleasing personality and be respectable to the community.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas
