Responsibilities & Context:
Start the daily invoicing process referring allocation file shared by CSE team.
Follow up the communications from CSE team of any additional delivery requirements.
Complete the invoicing process in SAP as per the SOP.
Print shipment challans and sent those to store team to initiate their works.
Complete the shipments after loading by posting the shipments in SAP system.
Complete all reporting requirements given by the management accurately and timely manner.
Keep proper communication with all stakeholders of depot operation (CSE team, OTM team, SAP team, BCP, Distributor houses, Sales team, etc.)
Complete E-vat for Unilever Consumer Care ltd.
Contribute for the safety culture of depot by sharing the safety behavior observations.
Follow up and complete any exceptional requirements (ZASG, ZNON, ZRE, etc.)
Perform any other depot related task as a when management assigned.
