Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Equivalent from any reputed university
∎ Professional certification on SCM will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM (Sourcing & Procurement) functionalities to enhance organization’s business performance.
∎ Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business processes and requirements.
∎ Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and transfer system knowledge to key stakeholders on sourcing and material management area.
∎ Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy top management’s needs.
∎ Design, configuration and testing of core material management module based on best practices.
∎ Identify process gaps, issues and work around solutions to mitigate those gaps.
∎ Lead and coordinate documenting functional specifications; create test plans, process flow documentations, proof of concepts and conduct user trainings.
∎ Act as liaison for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
∎ Proactively identify scope of development and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
∎ Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to key stakeholders and prepare content for executive and senior management meetings.
∎ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
∎ Work self-directed and independently.
∎ Take the role of a thought leader in the organization and especially in the supply chain data & Reporting area to better leverage data to gain business insights that influence business strategies.
∎ Act as subject matter experts, train the junior team members and work with other module’s functional consultants to verify proper integration with MM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have managed at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation as well as in support as an SAP MM consultant
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience working in SAP MM module
∎ Experience in MM integration points with other SAP modules like FICO, SD, HR, PP and PM
∎ Expertise in FS preparation, report writer and report painter
∎ Expertise in design and configuration of MM process and pricing procedure with VAT and Tax
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
∎ Working on SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps will be an added advantage
∎ Strong communication skill
