SAP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customizing SAP as per user demand.
∎ Helping in maintenance and performance tuning of SAP servers and databases.
∎ Coordinating with all the departments for smooth SAP operation.
∎ Providing technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP projects.
∎ Achieving exceptional service and supporting of SAP OTC functions including root cause identification and solution recommendation.
∎ Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP-integrated platform.
∎ Configuring SAP solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces.
∎ Providing SAP end-user training and support.
∎ Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to integrate different modules in the existing system.
∎ Having knowledge and expertise of taking over SAP modules and solutions from a global company.
∎ Able to run SAP independently as an independent organization once global mother company stops providing central SAP services.
∎ Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
∎ At least 2 years' experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry.
∎ A minimum of two years' experience as a SAP business analyst in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Details knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in SAP applications.
∎ Must have an excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
∎ Must be good at project management.
∎ Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
∎ Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
