Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of Bachelor degree in Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP BASIS administration to enhance organization's system performance.
∎ Provide support in the areas of database administration, SAP product installations, security, upgrades, SAP administration (e.g., Transport Management, back-up/recovery procedures), change management, performance tuning, health checks, and monitoring.
∎ Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
∎ Ensure integration of systems activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving).
∎ Mentor and coach junior BASIS resources.
∎ Provide insight for cost reduction and better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services.
∎ Perform root cause analysis for system's problems and provide accurate documentation to authority in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Successful creation of system landscapes, client copies, upgrades, patches, notes and migrations.
∎ Provide time to time recommendations and guidance for the tuning and optimization SAP landscape.
∎ Need at least 1 project completed of homogenous migration, OS/ DB migration, System conversion, upgradation project.
∎ Need SAP HANA database SPS upgrade knowledge.
∎ Practical knowledge on SAP Solution manager (charm, ITSM, Focus build).
∎ Need practical experience to implement and manage of SAP content server, SAP router, web dispatcher.
∎ Need experience on SAP HANA database implement, manage and upgrade SPS.
∎ Practical experience on Linux operating system.
∎ Need practical experience on VMware, Cloud environment.
∎ Must need practical experience on SAP Fiori server administration knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in managing SAP environment(s) changes, upgrades and migrations
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Knowledge of more than one database environment
∎ Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in SAP BASIS module
∎ Working on SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP Mobile Platform and SAP Cloud Platform Integration will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent problem-solving ability
