Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing/Architecting of SAP System - Create and Maintain standard designs/procedures that suits the customer requirements.
∎ Provide technical support in the Installation of SAP system-Hardware and Software.
∎ Provide technical support in the Up-grade of SAP system-Hardware and Software.
∎ Provide recommendations in Managing infrastructure i.e., client/server architecture and its configuration.
∎ Management of database (S4/HANA).
∎ Management / configuration of connections between various systems and SAP.
∎ Lead in the Administration & Monitoring of SAP system, its users and user interface (GUI).
∎ Provide support and leadership in technical troubleshooting.
∎ SAP Audit Handling, Load Balancing & Spool Log.
∎ Client Administration (Create, Change, Copy & Delete).
∎ User Administration (Create, Change, Lock & Unlock).
∎ Role Administration (Create, T-code, Object Authorization).
∎ Job Administration (Create, Release, Stop & Monitor).
∎ Backup Strategy & Management (Online/Offline Backup).
∎ Short Dump Analysis, System Log (User Activity Trace).
∎ SAP BI/BO Administration (User, Role & Security).
∎ SAP FIORI Apps Administration (User, Role & Security).
∎ SAP Network & Security Administration.
∎ SAP Server Administration (AMC, Storage, SAN SW).
∎ SAP System Administration (OS, Update & Backup).
∎ SAP Database Administration (DB Sizing & Tuning).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Formal Root Cause Analysis Training and experience are highly desirable.
∎ Experience in a wide variety of IT disciplines, including networking, servers, storage, data management, operations, and disaster recovery.
∎ At least 3 years IT experience in an enterprise environment.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS implementation.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS operation support.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems.
∎ Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organization.
∎ Experiences in system implementation and/or system development projects are benefits.
