Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of Bachelor degree in Business or Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP ABAP development to enhance organization’s business performance.
∎ Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
∎ Transform business function requirements/Functional Specification into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs
∎ Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity
∎ Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
∎ Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions
∎ Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving).
∎ Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team
∎ Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities
∎ Mentor and coach junior developer resources
∎ Develop quality code and its associated documentation adhering to team and departmental development standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have working with at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation project
∎ Broad knowledge of SAP functional areas particularly FI-CO, SD and MM will be an added advantage
∎ Experience of working with:
∎ Report writing using ALV and ABAP lists
∎ Sap scripts and smart forms
∎ Dialogue programming
∎ Interfaces
∎ BADIs/BAPIs
∎ User exits/enhancements
∎ BDCs
∎ Workflow
∎ Strong object orientation experience
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience working in SAP ABAP module
∎ Working on SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps will be an added advantage
