Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed University. Preference shall be given to candidates with specialized training in garment manufacturing from reputed institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have at least 5 years of Experience in operating Single Needle, Double Needle, Overlock and other types of Sewing Machines.
∎ Must be able to understand Garment Sketches, Tech Packs, Spec Sheets, Embroidery, Printing and Stitching details required by the Buyer.
∎ Candidate will be responsible to lead a team of 12 Machine Operators, 2 Helpers & 2 Field Coordinators to plan Samples in Coordination with Merchandiser Managers requirements and ensuring samples meet Buyer requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 Years work experience in a similar position at a reputed factory / sourcing company.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge of garment making.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Casual Men's & Ladies woven and knitted Bottoms, Winter Pants & Jackets.
∎ Must have knowledge of special attachments used for sewing Machine.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
