Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Updating quality norms with the changing needs of the industry and new technologies.
∎ After receiving the tech pack, he/she will first determine the criteria, identify the customer's requirements, and assess what needs to be done.
∎ Communicating customer needs to all concerned, monitoring their work, and providing regular training to improve team skills.
∎ Review the fit and size of samples and adjust as required by the designer or technical team.
∎ Accurately documenting the measurements of each sample and ensuring that the product meets the customer's fitting requirements.
∎ Generating detailed reports based on daily work progress, problems, and solutions and maintaining all sample-related documentation properly, so that no problems are faced in the future.
∎ Managing the sample-making process to meet the customer's specific quality requirements.
∎ Collecting and analyzing quality data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Setting qualitative performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating team performance against them.
∎ Update weekly sample submission deadline to customers.
∎ Report monthly fit & other sample performance to the Management.
