Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate the preparation and distribution of product samples for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Maintain an accurate inventory of all samples, ensuring that they are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
∎ Prepare detailed documentation related to samples, including sample requests, dispatch details, and testing results.
∎ Monitor the status of sample testing, ensuring timely feedback and resolution of issues.
∎ Act as a liaison between sales, production, quality control, and research & development teams regarding sample requirements and updates.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in the handling and storage of samples.
∎ Perform regular audits of the sample inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
∎ Provide regular reports on sample dispatch and status for management review.
∎ Address any discrepancies or issues related to samples and propose corrective actions as needed.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sample handling and testing procedures.
