∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train, develop, and motivate each team member to perform at their highest potential
∎ Achieve team’s target by assigning, delegating tasks to the team members, and monitoring their progress on a daily basis
∎ Identify areas of improvement and arrange necessary training for the team members
∎ Visit potential customers of the team and assess the businesses before onboarding for loan processing
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, business associations, and different stakeholders
∎ Visit overdue customers regularly and ensure a cleaner portfolio by ensuring proper follow-up of the overdue customers
∎ Maintain discipline, integrity, and regulatory compliance in the team
∎ Cross-selling of different products of IDLC (offered by other divisions or subsidiaries)
∎ Execute any special tasks, requirements, or decisions by top management as or when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in leading an SME Team
∎ Proactive and aspirational mindset
∎ Superior problem solving, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Can work in sync with other support units
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
