- At least 1 year of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Knowledge about social media maintenance would be appreciable.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Directly supervise and manage a team of tele-sales agents to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Monitor the performance of tele-sales agents through regular performance reviews and assessments.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Must Have Experience in Team Member Recruitment, training and working with sales Development.
- Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a teams.
