Responsibilities & Context:
- Properly monitor and manage the entire national sales team to ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Conduct interviews and evaluations of Sales Representatives (SR) and Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to build and organize an efficient sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, perform profit and loss analysis, and prepare regular financial reports.
- Monitor the delivery team to ensure successful and timely completion of product deliveries.
