Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and approach potential clients in industrial sectors for CIJ printer solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation, quotation, and closing deals.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Install, configure, and maintain CIJ printers at client locations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely on-site or remote support.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure uptime of customer equipment.
- Maintain service logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Communicate with the technical team and management regarding field issues.
- Manage spare parts inventory related to CIJ printers.
