  • Strong understanding of private and government procurement processes and regulations.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Clear knowledge about our products and also competitors` product to capitalize the comparison.

  • Stronghold in Chittagong medical equipment sales market.

  • Willingness to travel extensively as required to meet clients and manage sales activities.



Responsibilities & Context:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the private Hospital and public Hospital procurement sector in Chittagong, Feni, Noakhali, Khagrachari, Rangamati, Bandarban and Cox-Bazar including remote areas.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including private and government officials, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.

    Private and Government Procurement:

  • Manage all aspects of the government procurement process for medical equipment.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals. 

    Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product positioning and sales strategies.

  • Monitor and report on market developments and competitor activities.

    Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer dealings, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.o   Capable to create demand for Medical Product Sales. 

    Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, other sales teams.

  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and objectives.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and initiatives. 

    Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights according to company’s rules.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
