Job Summary

The selected individual will oversee machinery marketing and customer service engagements with clients and suppliers. Their responsibilities include ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth communication between suppliers and clients. Furthermore, the role involves promoting products through media channels and increasing sales via technical marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting machinery products and providing post-sales customer support

• Advertising products and services across various social media platforms

• Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers

• Visiting clients and resolving technical issues

• Sharing updates and promoting products online

• Reporting & Documentation:

• Regularly updating social media marketing activities and reporting to the relevant authorities

• Preparing sales forecasts and gathering competitor information
