• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounts, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Department: Finance & Accounts

Position Summary:

The Finance Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities at the factory level, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, adherence to company financial policies, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role includes supporting budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to maintain the organization’s financial health and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate financial records, ensure proper authorization for transactions, prepare vouchers and reconcile accounts, and monitor factory expenses.

Payroll & Disbursement

• Assist with monthly payroll, track attendance and overtime, and manage statutory deductions such as income tax, provident fund, and other employee-related contributions.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Support budget preparation, monitor expenses against budgets, and analyze production costs to identify savings opportunities.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Collaborate with Store and Production teams for inventory accuracy, assist in stock verification, and manage fixed assets and depreciation records.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare financial reports, support audits with documentation, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with the finance team and external parties, and support management with financial data and analysis.
