∎ At Least HSC pass in any group ? Education level could be reduced according to Experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing & sales.
∎ Visit stores on regular basis.
∎ Sales report preparation.
∎ Ability to deal with retail shop, clients & follow up sales activities & others.
∎ Sourcing the sales opportunities and marketing potentialities.
∎ Continuous improvement of self and organization.
∎ Able to work long time in outdoor marketing.
∎ Able to achieve target sales.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating new market opportunity.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the company's product.
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Develop and simultaneously create the company's brand image.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s).
∎ Experience in Baby Products goods selling and distribution will be given priority.
∎ Must have strong physical fitness and smartness.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
∎ Should love to take challenges and target.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary 10,000 + Sales Commission.
