Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from reputed universities (Major in marketing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the ability to develop ideas and generate sales.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Determine yearly sales target by preparing area sales plan, zonal sales plan.
∎ Ensuring of Searching & Appointing new Dealers for gap market.
∎ To maximize market share, revenue and profitability in the company's selected markets.
∎ To formulate marketing & Operations strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated area/territory.
∎ To get to know and participate in local exhibitions & marketing events which will increase brand awareness, contact expansion and idea generation.
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organizations mission.
∎ Driving a new business unit towards growth.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Maintain strong relationship along with the customers to achieve the goal.
∎ Ability of market survey, analysis the market and finding out potential customers.
∎ Visit different corporate sections & target clients to collect positive data.
∎ Gather up-to-date product knowledge.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare reports for supervisor regarding sales and clients related issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ 3-5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
∎ Good communication & convincing skills with computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel)

Salary: Negotiable
