Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales targets.
∎ Supervise the work of SR & provide training & guidance to ensure the achievement of targets.
∎ Plan and Achieve secondary sales target through Distribution and Coverage Improvement.
∎ Forecast market demand and achieving placement targets by channels
∎ Achieving day to day/secondary sales target.
∎ Achieving territory's total value & volume sales target and ensuring optimum product's distribution & visibility.
∎ Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
∎ Regular market feedback collection and ensure customer satisfaction as desired.
∎ Predict dealer demand and meet requirements within optimum time period.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Implement operational strategies to meet quality customer services.
∎ Ensure accurate product supply.
∎ Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, customers and all major stake holders'.
∎ Ensure Proper Merchandising.
∎ Managing credit to get maximum output for sales.
∎ Prepare different reports i.e. sales, merchandising, credit, expense report etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Restaurant
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants having experience in Direct Sales will get preference
∎ Discipline and punctual
∎ Be able to work with persons of different cultural background
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach
