∎ HSC

Job Context:
∎ Sales and marketing (Field)
∎ Duty Time: 6:30 pm - 10.30 pm (4 hr)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing relationship with the new shopkeepers .
∎ Be knowledgeable about the products .
∎ Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
∎ Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
∎ Selling products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
∎ Finding out ways to increase the sales of vegetables.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
∎ Making sure that dealers understand how our sales works and what facilities it
∎ offers.
∎ Dealing with buyers to create mindset to understand the problems and provide
∎ solutions.
∎ Collecting day to day feedback from shopkeepers and buyers & continuously
∎ improving.
∎ Finding out ways to ensure cost cutting.
∎ Ability to always be professional, work with integrity and actively promote
∎ ethics and compliance with company policies.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 5000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic + Commission (10,000-15000tk) TA/DA: 500 BDT Mobile Bill: 300 TK/month
