  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with online communication tools.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with their orders, including product selection, payment processing, and delivery scheduling.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and product suggestions.

  • Others Assign task by Management.
