Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Door Sales, Furniture and Interior, Wooden Door Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Door Sales operation among Dealer/ Retailer base.
∎ Plan, organize & motivate the respective Dealers/Retailers to ensure the sales target achievement.
∎ Keep update about the competitors' strategies & propose plans to the management regarding market promotional policies. Monitor & execute the approved policies regarding the policies
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for assigned location.
∎ Plan and develop strategies for creating new distributors and retailers base as well as corporate clients.
∎ Visit Construction sites, distributors, Hotel, Restaurant, Hospitals, Corporate office and retailer markets on a regular basis.
∎ Ensuring, Searching & Appointing new distributor/retailer for gap point.
∎ Maintain an optimum level of ready stocks in Dealer/Retailer and solve trade queries and handle problems in a professional manner.
∎ Ensure to achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distributors and retailers, productivity, coverage, visibility & merchandising.
∎ Attend monthly Sales conference & Prepare market observation report
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere effort.
∎ Prepare marketing and promotional campaign. Monitor different promotional offer & trade offer (distributors and retailers).
∎ Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection, and credit) and submit to the management on a regular basis.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the management.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.
