Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, confident Sales & Outreach Officer who can achieve sales targets through strong communication and client engagement. The role requires the ability to present clearly, convince clients both in person and on video, and support candidate mobilization through field visits and TTC-based presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building

• Focus on hitting assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including lead conversion, outreach numbers, and field activity

• Visit local agents, communities, and TTCs to generate leads and convert interest into enrollments

• Convince prospective candidates and their guardians about training and migration programs

• Represent UISEL confidently in video content, live sessions, and public presentations when needed

• Maintain timely records of communication, outreach, and sales activities

• Collaborate with the internal team to plan and execute outreach strategies

• T/A,Mobile bill,Tour allowance,Performance bonus
