Responsibilities & Context:

1. Client Acquisition & Sales (B2B)

  • Lead Generation: Identifying potential companies, startups, or corporations that are actively hiring or expanding their workforce.

  • Pitching & Approaching: Reaching out to HR Managers, Founders, or Decision-Makers via cold calls, cold emails, or meetings to introduce the agency's recruitment services.

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Discussing recruitment fees, terms and conditions, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to successfully sign contracts with new clients.

2. Outreach & Networking

  • Professional Networking: Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn to build a strong network with industry professionals and decision-makers.

  • Event Participation: Attending job fairs, corporate seminars, industry summits, and networking events to promote the agency's brand.

  • Partnership Building: Establishing collaborations with universities, training institutes, or other organizations to build a strong pipeline for both clients and candidates.

3. Client Relationship Management (Account Management)

  • Regular Follow-up: Maintaining consistent communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

  • Problem Solving: Addressing any complaints or concerns from clients quickly and effectively to maintain a strong business relationship.

4. Internal Team Coordination

  • Requirement Analysis: Deeply understanding the client's hiring needs, including the required skills, experience levels, cultural fit, and budget for the open positions.

  • Briefing the Recruiters: Communicating these specific client requirements clearly to the internal sourcing or recruitment team so they can find the perfect candidates.

5. Market Research & Reporting

  • Market Trends: Keeping track of industry trends, identifying which sectors (e.g., IT, Garments, FMCG) are currently experiencing high hiring volumes.

  • Reporting: Maintaining the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and creating daily or weekly reports on sales targets, client meetings, and new contracts acquired.
