We are now seeking a Sales & Operations Expert (Tour Package) who can lead group tours with passion, precision, and professionalism—ensuring every trip is safe, smooth, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and organize detailed itineraries for domestic and international tours

  • Lead tour groups with engaging and informative commentary

  • Ensure smooth coordination of transportation, accommodations, and activities

  • Address client needs, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and empathy

  • Build rapport with travelers and foster a positive group atmosphere

  • Maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, safety, and service

  • Collaborate with vendors, guides, hotels, and local partners

  • Prepare post-tour feedback reports and improvement recommendations

  • Monitor tour budgets, logistics, and real-time problem-solving on-site
