∎ Minimum 3/4 years for Sr. Officer & 2/3 years for Sales Officer of industry related experience such as paints or credit sales preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making area sales development plan for the respective area/territory.
∎ Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements.
∎ Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management and provide on time to concern authority(s).
∎ Maintain good relation with distributor, subordinates, retailer.

∎ The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales objectives for his/her assigned territory by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes, and long-term customer relationships. This position will be based out of various regions across the Bangladesh.
