Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage within the assigned territory
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, painters, architects, and project engineers.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and drive product push through influencers (e.g., painters, contractors, consultants).
∎ Organize and execute territory-level engagement activities such as Painter Meets and Engineer Meets.
∎ Conduct site-level product demonstrations and sampling as per client requirements.
∎ Promote new and premium product lines, ensuring effective market penetration and after-sales support.
∎ Prepare and update daily sales reports using CRM software and mobile apps; share timely market intelligence and competitor activity.
∎ Develop and execute area sales development plans, including forecasting and target setting.
∎ Continuously explore new sales opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth in untapped markets.

∎ Company Overview: Established in 2001, headquarter is located at Dhaka and Aqua Paints Factory is located at Tongi, Dhaka. It is one of the leading domestic paints and coatings manufacturers and a major producer of specialty chemicals. Through backward linkage, it manufactures several intermediate raw materials including different variants of acrylic emulsion and alkyd resins.
