∎ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty product sales preferred.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to travel frequently within Dhaka city.
∎ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit super shops, cosmetic stores and related places to build strong relationships and expand product reach.
∎ Promote and sell Naturals by Rakhi products, ensuring placement and visibility in retail outlets.
∎ Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with store owners.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities in the Dhaka market.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and educate retailers about product benefits and usage.
∎ Ensure proper branding and merchandising of Naturals by Rakhi products in partner outlets.
∎ Collect orders, payments, and ensure smooth delivery coordination.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and distribution team to execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management for performance evaluation.
