∎ Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing, assembly, and design processes.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase PCB sales.
∎ Identify and establish new business opportunities.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
∎ Provide technical guidance to customers regarding PCB specifications and requirements.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
∎ Work closely with internal teams including engineering, production, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
∎ Maintain all back-office work, related to sales and collection.
