∎ Graduation from any reputed university with the right experience will be given preferences

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales.
∎ Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Need to study competitors products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
∎ Smart in negotiation and presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Motorbike with driving license will be given preference.
∎ Having 2 or 3 year experience in Cattle sector will get priority.
∎ Must have sound physical health.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities.
∎ Self driven, result oriented, hard working and willing to work anywhere in the country.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus,
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Commission on Sales will lead to an additional salary of Tk 10000 & above per month.
