Attend Walk-in Customers:

• Greet and assist in-store customers by providing accurate product information and helping them choose the right items.

Handle Online & Phone Inquiries:

• Communicate with clients via phone, Facebook, and other platforms in a professional and friendly manner.

Share Offers & Promotions:

• Explain ongoing deals and product promotions clearly to generate interest and boost sales.

Maintain Records:

• Keep daily sales logs, customer details, and follow-up reports using basic tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

After-Sales Support:

• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls and assist with any post-purchase queries.
