Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend Walk-in Customers:
  Greet and assist in-store customers by providing accurate product information and helping them choose the right items.

• Handle Online & Phone Inquiries:
  Communicate with clients via phone, Facebook, and other platforms in a professional and friendly manner.

• Share Offers & Promotions:
  Explain ongoing deals and product promotions clearly to generate interest and boost sales.

• Maintain Records:
  Keep daily sales logs, customer details, and follow-up reports using basic tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

• After-Sales Support:
  Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls and assist with any post-purchase queries.
