Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new business, maintain client relationships, and drive sales to meet and exceed company targets. This role requires a passion for events and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through personal contacts, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their event needs, provide expert advice, and develop tailored proposals.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that showcase our services and capabilities.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.

  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and report on progress towards targets, providing insights for continuous improvement.
